• Advised Toyota on the outsourcing of its customer contact centre to The Listening Company and customer satisfaction surveys to GfK NOP.
• Advised Kwik Fit on an outsourcing agreement with CEVA Logistics relating to warehousing and distribution functions.  Agreement involved the establishment of a national distribution centre for Kwik Fit.
• Advised TGI Fridays on contracts with 3663 and Bunzl for the sourcing, warehousing and delivery of food and non-food goods (respectively) to TGI Friday restaurants throughout the UK.
• Advised Travelex on contracts with Thomas Cook for the supply of foreign currency banknotes and pre-paid cards to Thomas Cook’s foreign exchange bureaux.
• Advised Schroders on the outsourcing of marketing services to Williams Lea, involving the provision of printing, desk-top publishing and document design services and on the outsourcing of its facilities management cleaning and house management services to Lancaster Office.
• Advised Diligenta Limited, the UK subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services specialising in business process outsourcing in the life and pensions sector, on the £100m contract with Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada (UK) Ltd.
• Advised British Waterways on a contract with Atisreal Limited for the outsourcing of some of British Waterways’ commercial property management functions involving a continuously evolving portfolio of over 200 properties.
• Advised Chubb Insurance of Europe and Chubb Canada on the outsourcing of its business processes including finance (accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury services), insurance claims processing services and underwriting support services with Indian supplier Infosys covering Chubbs’ offices in ten countries.
• Advised SBOBET.com, a leading Isle of Man-licensed, Asian-facing bookmaker in relation to its sponsorship deal with West Ham United.
• Advised Welcome Break on its master franchise and supply arrangements with WH Smith, for stores across its motorway service areas. 
• Advised Athama Investments Pvt. Ltd. on a management agreement for the 114 villa exclusive luxury island resort that it is developing in the Maldives.
• Advised Ballymore Properties on long term management contracts for a Sheraton Hotel in Bratislava, a Radisson Edwardian Hotel in London’s Dockland and a Kempinski Residence in Prague.
• Advised Moorfield Group on the 20 year contract which it awarded to Accor Hotels for the management of 24 hotels in the United Kingdom.
